By accessing, downloading, installing, or using AP Exam Master, available as a website at apexammaster.com and as mobile applications for iOS and Android (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Popfizz Edu Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

AP Exam Master is an educational platform that helps students prepare for Advanced Placement (AP) exams through practice questions, video lessons, concept explanations, and progress tracking. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share your account with others
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

The Service offers free content and optional premium subscriptions. If you subscribe:

• Payment is processed through the platform you subscribe on: Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), or Lemon Squeezy (web)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or your account settings on our website, depending on where you subscribed
• Refunds are handled by the respective payment platform according to their policies

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes before your next renewal.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Copy, redistribute, or sell content from the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data about how you interact with the Service. On the web, GA4 uses first-party cookies; on mobile, it uses the Firebase SDK. This data helps us improve the Service and understand usage patterns. By using the Service, you consent to the use of these analytics technologies.

On the web, you can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. On mobile, you can limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings. For more details on data collection, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

All content in the Service, including questions, explanations, video lessons, graphics, and software, is owned by Popfizz Edu Inc. or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

The Service is a study aid and does not guarantee any specific exam scores or academic outcomes. Success on AP exams depends on many factors beyond using this Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings in the Service or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Popfizz Edu Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data or academic outcomes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
