Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using AP Exam Master ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by Popfizz Edu Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

AP Exam Master is an educational application that helps students prepare for Advanced Placement (AP) exams through practice questions, concept explanations, and progress tracking. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share your account with others
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

The App offers free content and optional premium subscriptions. If you subscribe:

• Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes before your next renewal.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Copy, redistribute, or sell content from the App
• Use automated tools to access the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App

All content in the App, including questions, explanations, graphics, and software, is owned by Popfizz Edu Inc. or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App for your own educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

The App is a study aid and does not guarantee any specific exam scores or academic outcomes. Success on AP exams depends on many factors beyond using this App.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. We may delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Popfizz Edu Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data or academic outcomes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
