Popfizz Edu Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the AP Exam Master application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

Account Information

When you create an account using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, we collect:

• Email address
• Display name (if provided)

Learning Data

As you use the App, we collect data to track your progress and personalize your experience:

• Course enrollments
• Quiz and question responses
• Learning progress and completion status
• Bookmarks and saved content

Usage & Analytics Data

To improve our service and understand how the App is used, we automatically collect:

• Device platform (iOS, Android, or Web)
• General location (country and region, derived from your IP address)
• Last active timestamp

This information is used in aggregate for analytics purposes. We do not track your precise GPS location or store your IP address.

Subscription Information

If you subscribe to premium features, your payment is processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store), or our web payment provider. We receive subscription status information but do not have access to your payment details such as credit card numbers.

We do not collect:

• Precise location data (GPS coordinates)
• Contacts or address book
• Photos, videos, or camera access
• Health or fitness data
• Financial information (handled by Apple/Google)
• Browsing history outside the App

• Provide and maintain your account
• Track and display your learning progress
• Sync your data across devices
• Process and manage your subscription
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve the App based on usage patterns
• Analyze platform and geographic usage trends in aggregate

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with:

• Supabase: Our database and authentication provider
• Vercel: Our hosting provider (processes requests and provides general location headers)
• Lemon Squeezy: Web payment processing
• RevenueCat: Subscription management (receives anonymized user ID only)
• Apple/Google: For authentication and subscription processing

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and secure cloud infrastructure. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correction: Update inaccurate information
• Deletion: Delete your account and associated data
• Portability: Export your data

The App is intended for students aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your data may be processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
