Popfizz Edu Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") operates AP Exam Master, available as a website at apexammaster.com and as mobile applications for iOS and Android (collectively, "the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

Account Information

When you create an account using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, we collect:

• Email address
• Display name (if provided)

Learning Data

As you use the Service, we collect data to track your progress and personalize your experience:

• Course enrollments
• Quiz and question responses
• Learning progress and completion status
• Bookmarks and saved content

Usage & Analytics Data

To improve the Service, we automatically collect:

• Device type, operating system, and platform (iOS, Android, or Web)
• General location (country and region, derived from your IP address)
• Last active timestamp
• Screens or pages visited and navigation patterns
• Session duration and interaction events
• Browser type and screen resolution (web only)
• Referring source or campaign (where applicable)

This information is used in aggregate for analytics purposes. We do not track your precise GPS location or store your IP address.

Analytics Technologies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across all platforms to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. On the web, GA4 uses first-party cookies; on mobile, it uses the Firebase SDK. Both collect anonymous usage data such as:

• Anonymized IP address
• Device and platform information
• Screens or pages viewed and time spent
• Interactions with features (e.g., button taps, form submissions)
• Traffic source and referral information

Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with their Privacy Policy. On the web, you can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. On mobile, you can limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings.

Subscription Information

If you subscribe to premium features, payment is processed by the platform you subscribe through: Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store), or Lemon Squeezy (web). We receive subscription status information but do not have access to your payment details such as credit card numbers.

We do not collect:

• Precise location data (GPS coordinates)
• Contacts or address book
• Photos, videos, or camera access
• Health or fitness data
• Financial information (handled by payment platforms)
• Browsing history outside the Service

• Provide and maintain your account
• Track and display your learning progress
• Sync your data across devices and platforms
• Process and manage your subscription
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve the Service based on usage patterns
• Analyze platform and geographic usage trends in aggregate

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with the following service providers:

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• Vercel: Web hosting
• Google Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics across all platforms
• Lemon Squeezy: Web subscription payment processing
• RevenueCat: Mobile subscription management (receives anonymized user ID only)
• Apple / Google: Authentication and in-app subscription processing

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and secure cloud infrastructure. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correction: Update inaccurate information
• Deletion: Delete your account and associated data
• Portability: Export your data

The Service is intended for students aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your data may be processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
